Lepidopterophobia: fear of the butterfly family (which includes moths).
I came across Voivodess' stock. Her images are absolutely beautiful, stunning and unique. I didn't want to edit it to much, as I think she is absolutely beautiful and I felt I may ruin the image. i have a tiny comment which i might not be totally correct about, but if the butterfly has been manipulated on to the mouth, shouldnt the shadow underneath the butterfly not show under the right wing since the model's own shadow is going the opposite direction? or would the butterfly wing get a shadow anyway simply because of how close it is to the skin?

Anyway i think is great (except for the heart attack), is was beautifully manipulated, they both look great (the butterfly and the woman).
