Lepidopterophobia: fear of the butterfly family (which includes moths).
I came across Voivodess' stock. Her images are absolutely beautiful, stunning and unique. I didn't want to edit it to much, as I think she is absolutely beautiful and I felt I may ruin the image.

this is very beautiful...i would never be able to have a butterfly on my lips like that, it would give me the creeps. i guess i have that phobia...glad they have a name for it.
